METHODOLOGY

Our working methodology is self-defined, contextualized, adapted to the football players’ characteristics, based on the order of Physiological, Physical, Technical, Tactical and Psychological factors that the whole professional football team needs.
Integrating the concepts to the game model, working specifically and non specifically according to the planned objectives.
Always seeking for the maximum individual and collective performance, based on the requirements of todays football level worldwide.

  • The resourses that we use in the training for the game model must, on the one hand, be manipulated with the goal of increasing the team's functionally significant regularities, and on the other, to generate dynamic game situations  that involve and induce the players to a constant adaptation to a situational context always changing.

  • We consider that our mission must be centered in developing a training model that covers the needs derived from the competition, and that the training sessions must allow access to optimal levels of provision during the course of the competition, not only at physical  level but also at a cognitive one.

  • Soccer game systems "are the set of rules that govern individual, group and collective actions with the aim of obtaining the maximum performance from the entire team and players.”

  • Our vision about the Systems is that we must adapt it to the characteristics of the players and the Team, on the basis that each member of the system optimally fulfills the designated function throughout the game.

We understand the Game Model as a representative idea of the different moments or phases of the game, which are articulated with each other, manifesting their own functional organization, that is, OUR IDENTITY. This form is always assumed as a conjecture and is permanently open to individual and collective factors, therefore, it is under continuous construction.
We can say then that our Game Model is a photograph of reality, which will later be used to model, and it will be in this modeling that there will be an approximation between the real model (what really happened) and the initial idea that we had (refering to what we initially wanted to happen).
